About

I became a Registered Massage Therapist in 2014 after 3000 hours of training at Makami College in Edmonton, Alberta. I focused on corporate/chair, Swedish relaxation, prenatal, deep tissue, therapeutic, and hot stone massage treatments.

In 2017, I completed over 1700 additional hours of training at the National Manual Osteopathy College in Red Deer, Alberta studying manual osteopathic techniques.

Before all of this, I was a scientist. I studied biology (biochemistry and molecular biology mostly).
I know how your muscles work because I know how their molecules work!

I enjoy teaching people how their muscles work, how they can be trained, and how people can do self-care on their muscles to self-treat for most of the ailments they encounter in their day to day lives.
