You have made an appointment and now you need to cancel it. What to do?
Please let me know 24 hours in advance, if possible.
If you have to cancel less than 24 hours in advance I will charge you full price for the session you missed.
Exceptions to this are sickness (you or a dependent) or a sudden death in the family (that includes fur-kids).
