Qigong: it might be for you

I’m always on the hunt for calming practices. I’ve studied massage therapy, cranial sacral therapy, Reiki, and even good old Epsom salts baths! People ask me about these and I’m more than happy to share my experiences and make suggestions about finding therapists/teachers/instructors who can assist them.

Massage is NOT for everybody and even if it is, it may not be for them all the time. Sometimes, some other modality “hits the nail on the head”.
So, I’m always on the look out.

This past weekend, I had the joy of experiencing Qigong.
Equally, I was overjoyed to have it taught to me by Carolynne Melnyk.

The class was conducted on Saturday and Sunday (February 27 and 28, 2021) over Zoom, which initially was a bit of a downer for me. I’ve come to dislike Zooms. I found them too impersonal. Too plastic for my taste.

That perspective also changed after Carolynne’s class. She “delivers the goods” in a very engaging way!

If these other modalities leave you feeling less than fulfilled then perhaps this one will be of use to you.
